Ok, so pictures really don't do it justice, but here's a little glimpse of one of my views here at the compound.
The good, the sometimes bad, and the occasional ugly truth of all that is happening in and around me while serving in Jinja Uganda as a missionary with Calvary Chapel.

Hi Kel, I am loving reading about your days in uganda. Wanted to take you back 8 years on halloween. I don't know if you remember coming over with your family to keep me company as my mother had just passed away the month before and your wonderful mother knew it was going to be hard for me to be alone (phil was out of town). We ordered Dions...do you remember opening the container of ranch dressing and shooting it across the kitchen and splattering my leather jacket???? Oh the memories! That night meant alot to me and I think about it and my mother every halloween. So I thank you for being in my life :) love you, laurie
