So today is a glorious holiday: Independence Day. Now while the locals are all roasting pigs and enjoying their various traditions, I too have had quite an enjoyable day. School was canceled today so I got to sleep in the latest I have since being here: 8:30, and then the rest of my day has consisted of laundry (as seen in the picture I get to hang my clothes on a clothing line - it's actually a lot of fun), working on my outlines for school, and studying for my Bible study on Sunday. It's been so relaxed, yet so productive, and it's only noon!
